I'm pretty sure that the total number of members from Montana counting you & I, would be 2. I live about an hour from Kalispell. I was just in Great Falls a week ago picking up a toyota engine for my 4runner project. We are planning a trip to Cut Bank this summer with the local club. Supposedly the city is going to shut down part of the hwy for 1/8 mile runs with a tree & possibly a timer. If you are interested I'll keep ya posted. Welcome to the site.

Cool man. I'll probably slip into Montana in early-August right after I graduate. Plan of attack is to hit up Holter and Flathead lakes, and drink our socks off!

Did I just hear some one else is from G-Town? I now live in Bremerton, WA but I am from Great Falls. All of my family still lives there, graduated from GFHS in 99. You graduated in 03 from CMR, my cousin graduated in 04 from CMR (Joey Zahara). I had to leave to find a decent paying job after getting my Mechanical Engineering degree from MSU. I'm actually heading there this weekend...

super old thread! 2005 i'm do for a station change and it's between minot ND and GreatFalls / Malmstrom AFB. my dad live in Missoula and i hear Great Falls isn't as cold as minot in the winters.

One in Billings, one in Anaconda (1/8 mi) & one in lewistown. All more than 7 hours from me.

We also race at cut bank, helena, & Malta, once a year. These races are a blast. We find some asphalt somewhere, usually an old airport, & line them up. No track or track prep. Pure king of the hill grudge racing.
