Ok I have a stupid question?
Why are you so hot to buy a complete rear end and rebuild it? I kept coming up with the same question when you wanted to buy the one I had? Unless you are looking for a Spare it seems like there are some wasted dollars moving around?

OK. 
What I would do is just swap the new one in so your car is going and then you can save up. That way you are not wasting your cash for better projects
Then yes you will have your spare to beef up if you like or save up for the 12 bolt
You can beef up the stock one so far but that is it. Strobe light just took out a completely beefed up 10 bolt with an automatic!
So I would just stuff it in and cut my loses for now
