I'll try to make it too but my car won't be clean, gotta put more miles on this clutch!
Just about grabbed the .38 and started to shoot at the engine bay...opted for crumbling rat bait and sprinkle it over it instead.
You got shot rounds for that thing? lol.

I wouldn't have it if I didn't
Just don't ever sneak up on me - it could be dangerous to your health.

You liking that new clutch? Did you decide it had enough miles on it to do a burnout last night?

In Chelan we have .38 shot rounds for the rattle snakes.
I didn't end up making it out there last night, didn't get off work until 6 . I think I made up for about half the fun I missed by telling Ellis that my clutch stopped engaging. LOL. I'm just too funny sometimes. I am liking the new clutch, it's just going to take some getting used to, but will make me a lot better driver..

I'll be fighting rats today so I'm out

Anything I could spray on the engine bay itself to ward off the damn thing? Anyone got a weasel or rat terrier they are willing to loan me for awhile?
That sucks! Earlier this year I found a stash of mouse bait on my intake manifold. Rather deal with mice than rats anyday! Happy hunting...

Did you put the bait there
I would rather have mice, pretty harmless critters easy to catch em'. At least this weekend the guys and dawgs were on a camping trip so I left the door open between the garage and house all night, hood opened. Then ground rat bait with special birdseed mix, spooned it on any flat surface on the engine including the Geo outside (just in case). Cooked up some bacon, smeared the grease on traps and wrapped the rind around the hook - so far they haven't touched the car since and I can't see any damage from anywhere so I might have lucked out.

They are going to learn one way or the other THE CAR IS OFF LIMITS! Interesting part: many of the shops round here see this all the time and there is no way to keep them at bay...unless you can keep weasels or a rat terrier.
