Got pulled over on the way to work today

I am only 36 ya fugger.
and I dropped from 240 this time last year to 201 right now.
240-201, very nice, so what's your goal?

Well, originally I wanted to get back down to 175 (pre-injury weight)....but now that I have started lifting again, the inches lost (waist, stomach, etc) are more important to me then the numbers, since muscle is more dense then fat and therefore weighs more...........back in the day before I got hurt I had a goal of 200 lbs, muscle......I would be happy with anything under 200 or so now, but I would like to lose about 10-15 more lbs of fat. So we shall see. I hate using numbers as a barometer since I used to weigh 135 and looked ok, and I looked great at 175.......the number stops being all that important. :shrug:
