Ok, so it was MPH only, 128.31 vs old 126.18. Full run was 11.28, 1.68. There were some new bests though, by a few. We'll see what I can do after I get my lap belts and ET's. Was a fun day, and glad to see everyone.

Way to go Rob! I like how Jon went out and ran a new best with his setup today right after I told him good luck cause I did not think it would have happened today. Times did seem a bit off at least up til about noon. GREAT RUN JON! I watched it the whole way.

FYI, did any of you go look at the C6Z??? SWEET.

Well, I do have the 5-point bar installed, but my lap belts weren't here yet. They were on me a bit, remember last year, yes I do, I'll stay above 11.50. That lasted till my third run, then i went and hid. I even had the two stages I used jetted down, oh well, i'll be ready next time. Have you heard of anyone putting the LS7 in a C5 yet?

Ram-it, thanks, yes a lot of guys were running good later in the day.

Second the new best here. I ran an 11.07 @ 125.34 with a 1.60 60' (thanks to Ryan who let me borrow his ET Streets!). If I wasn't running out of fuel, I'm pretty sure my 10 would have come today. SO close. But I am ECSTATIC with how the car performed it's first trip to the track!!! I ran an 11.11 @ 123 on my Nittos, and an 11.10 @ 126 on my first pass on the ETs (with a 1.67 60'). I'll work out a few bugs & hopefully hit a 10 here soon.

And as Robert said, MANY new bests were hit today. Even that slug blue car, and the white brick....

Good seeing all you guys that showed up on such a beautiful day. And thanks to everyone that helped me get here. I couldn't have done it without you!

Now to go enjoy this BIG-***-GRIN!

My last run was a 12.28 at 119mph. Not to bad, but my 60 ft times wouldn't go below 2.0. I had my DR's and tried a variety of different launches....

Well at least I got a 12.20 before I left, and at 119mph too! I'm up 6mph from last year.........

Good deal John, man I really wanted to run today, it was tough sitting on the side line. Oh well, I'll be ready to go by April, and hopefully hit some 11s.

On a side note, your still slower than that Silver A4 C5, lol.

Whew, just barely holding on to second spot. Man that's great, first time out, yea it has a bunch left in it, congrats nice run and enjoy your grin. I can't wait to get some Et's under my car, and have a little side wall also, compared to these 18"s.

I hope you get there...........I'm positive you will with the parts/plans you have. But I'll be spraying shortly ..........but only enough to keep me above 11.49's I'll probably have to start out with a 50hp shot. Oh well..............a cage will be coming next .......um ...........maybe.

I would have to agree!!! The track was warmed up and wasn't that bad after all. Guess we got lucky. The day started off with some little traction problems, but they weren't that bad after a the sun came out!!!

Ellis, nice runs buddy. You got that thing moving that's for sure.
