Default think i found the problem

if some of you didn't catch my other post. i have been have some problems with my car, it has been running like it is missfiring, but it doesn't sound like it, no backfiring. so i was poking around one of the other forums, and found a guy with almost the same thing. it turned out he had a rip in his intake elbow. when i checked mine i saw it had a rip in the side and the bottom was buckled up allowing air in after the maf. i already ordered a 1le elbow. so could this be my problem?

Like Steph said, yep. That would probably end up with the computer dumping fuel trying to compensate for a lean a/f that it didn't understand.
