There is a great write up in the appearance section. You will see where everything goes when you get under there. It is pretty easy, but definately takes more than a couple of hours to do if you want to do it right. MAKE SURE you have all the tools you need BEFORE you start this though. When you have all your wires dangling and your wheel off the car is not the time to discover you don't have a hole saw big enough to make the hole you will need to drill. You also might want to take a trip to Home Depot or Lowes to get some grommets for the holes.

I read it already and its a pretty good write up but I was wondering if anyone here had actually dont it. We ge a lot of rain and that would be my concern. My strut nut was rusted pretty damn good and its in a protected location with a rubber boot very close to where this mod will put the wires. I've got everything ai need except for the gromets in my tool box so its only time involved for me to do it but I'm not sure I'm convinced the wires are safe there in the long term of things.,
FIREHAWK#608 wants to sell me a kit to do it for $45. He's taking all the free appearance mods and turning them into a kit for sale. Good idea I guess if you can make money at it. I've seen a million tb bypass kits on ebay so why not.

I have never heard of anyone having any problems. Just take your time and do things right. Like Doug said, make sure to wrap well! Interesting how small of change it is but how much better it looks...

I could not find a grommet the correct size so I took a piece of black tubing sliced one end open to make a grommet.
I also found some small plugs at Lowes that fit the holes in the top of the fender.
