Here is a camaro in Japan of all places, Just thought I would share it with everyone.

 

Even with barely any room to open em up, there is still a burning desire for horsepower in every Country.

Altho, I don't imagine they call 'em ricers over there either come to think of it...

 

When I arrived at my first duty station in Japan in 19... something or other... The first car I noticed when I pulled up to the shop I was going to work in was a SS396 Nova. Very nice car that belonged to my shop chief. I was even able to do some tuning on it for him.

There is a former Team NW member in Japan right now that is restoring a late 80's T/A he found over there for cheap. It only had 30-something thousand miles on it when he found it in someone's back yard. Motor was frozen, but everything else was in great shape.

 

Those are jdm camaro tails. mad tyte! Im going to have to overnight some over here.

 

lol yeah. IMO the ones we have over here are 10x better. Some guy was importing like 10 sets at a time and selling them for $800. And they sold like crazy.

 

I never even realized there was such a thing before i saw that picture. Learn something new everyday i guess.

 

Ill be back im July and cant wait, maybe I might actually get to make it to a gathering and meet everyone before I transfer... I will be around tho, because my wife is from Marysville.
