Default Roll bars, roll cages and converters

Maybe it just me, but it drives me crazy when otherwise smart people get terms mixed up or just plain wrong. So, to that end I'd like to post a little tutorial just to help me keep my sanity.

"Roll BAR"

This is a roll BAR

"Roll CAGE"
This is a Roll CAGE

"Stall"

This is an automotive torque converter with a modified stall speed

Read this from Yank

So, now I should never hear that someone needs to install a cage because they put a stall in their car.

I'm calling BS. I've had many stall convertors in my cars over the years. All failed but they sure were a bargain at the time.

Only recently did I make the move to Yank Convertors exclusively.
