Default Woodburn friday

Gonna give it another go this friday. Want to work on a few things like not spinning the tires in the same spot for the first 2 seconds of the run. That might help my et a little
Hey do you have to register at every track or can I run on the card I have from Woodburn at any track?

I think that your card number is registerd with N.H.R.A. and the card should be good. As far as any perks that might vary from track to track!

No. Each track has their own set of numbers and registration unless you mailed in your information to National Dragster (aka NHRA)and paid something around $60. And in that case you would have been assigned a four digit number starting with a 6 for division 6. If you bought a number earlier this year at Woodburn, then you don't need to pay for it again. They are good for one year.

Ah, so if I want to run at another track I'll have to buy another number at that track.

I know that Woodburn does not have track lighting and do not run after dark. I'll be at PIR Friday night racing Mike's bike since mine is still broken.

I'll be down @ Woodburn all next weekend at the Divisional event.

Maybe I'll see some of you Oregonians down there?

Yea worse than before Cant get my 60' under 2.4 and my car was about 3 mph slower. Lost every race and couldnt hit 3rd gear half the time. 10 bolt has that familiar whine to it and there is definately something causing retard plus the n2o wouldnt fire. For being as fast as it is on the top end my car seems to have real trouble on the bottom end.
Part of my trouble with the 60's is the fact my car isnt set up for drag racing at all but I figured I could still get off the line. Pro rate springs and Konis make for awesome handling on the road.
Now it was a hot day an no one was hittingn any personal bests but DAMN!
If I had the money I'd buy a dana60 for the ailing 10 bolt, a new clutch (getting paranoid about the Tex) and spend a **** load of time at Toms and see wtf is up. But funds are very low so I'm SOL for a while.
On a good note. The problems I fixed from before did not resurface so thats nice.
