What I mean is that I was just being really stupid and sick. I've had a 102 degree fever, so for all I knew when I posted that the motor should be welded in

LOL, it's okay. I just wanted to help ya out on getting the Thirdgen up and going with what you want. I have a passion for Thirdgens, I currently own:
1984 Trans Am
1988 Trans Am 350 (swap) w/ 5-speed
1990 Firebird V-6
1991 Trans Am GTA 305 w/ a Turbo, AT
I also have around:
1985 Sport Coupe 4 banger 4 speed
1989 Firebird V-6 5-speed
