I lost count of who had new best times, Mark, Ryan, Ellis, Doug, Steve, Zeke, Robert, Terry so post em up.

Dorothy went 12.80 @ 107.15, 1.794 60', I was pretty pleased as I started the season @ 14.55.

 

Hockey Stripes went 11.461@ 119.09, 1.634 60ft.

 

I hit second place with a 10.05@135 and a 1.49 60ft

 

I think I have placed back in top 5 with, 1.531, 10.858@128.90. That was my main goal this year, stay top five, and I am very happy.

I broke my half shaft on my third run in competition. So that cut my potential for new times, but worse could have happened.

My second run was the best (slightly). Spun through the lights where I previously wheel hopped (weakening the axles) to 11.6 @ 126.

Was very happy with the healthy trap speed and even happier knowing their is more left on the table with a stout launch. That'll be a product of a solid axle swap and a little more time spent with my new clutch.

My goal is to crack 130 next year with just bolt ons.

teh PuRpL3 ran a 12.868 @ 105.90 mph (60': 1.782) first thing right out of the gate...

The chick at the booth handing out time slips kept giving me a hard time because I was registered in the 13.00 & slower BOP bracket, and every time I came through on practice runs I was running 12's. I got knocked out of that bracket cuz I slept at the tree, but I ran a 13.006 on a 13.00 dial. Got knocked out of the CCC with a -.006 redlight.

Oh well, it was definitely a fun day of racing.

The pickup ran a new best of 15.918@84.57 w/ a 2.328 60' before it broke

 

I took the car (fresh with the AlkyControl Kit & KB BAP) to the track yesterday and ran some new personal bests.

10.42 @ 131.4 with a 1.46 60'

I made 6 passes and 5 were 10.4x at 130+mph & 1 was 10.52 at 129.8. That is a 4/10ths & 5+mph improvement!!!

And then of coures in the 1st round of elims the t-top blew off at 100mph.
