Default Thinking about valve covers

Thinking about these covers with the inscription. Gonna be like $405 delivered. Nasty billet ones would be over 500. I know its crazy money for a valve cover. Not set on doing it yet, just kicking the idea around.

Why not put the 500 towards a secondary fuel system? Seems like overkill. Hell get your stockers painted or powdercoated for that bling look.

Complete waste of money, I'd NEVER do it.....crap, I just remembered I have a set of anodized ones. Damn senility is really getting to me these days.

If you are running after market rockers, more than likely they won't fit under the stock covers, so you'll need to do something (mod, spacers or tall covers). I wish that intake would fit under my hood!

Unless you show your car fairly regularly, I would spend the money on go fast or safety parts if it were me. They look ok/nice but I only pop my hood to do work on the beast.

If you want to bid on the polished set, I'd throw in up to $75 for the plug wire kit. I need to replace mine.....

I'll see what I can do. I wont go crazy to get them but having 75 for the wires definately helps in my bidding considerations.

Looking at them again, they might be tall enough that you would need the relocation kit. Spacers don't require that.

I've already relocated my coils to under the cowl. Made my own kit. I went with the rebuild on rockers from Harland Sharp so I'm not looking for height. Its pure cosmetics.
