Bottom line, it's your rig Mike. Put in it what ever you want.
I run Amsoil 5-40 in the winter and 20-50 in the summer. And either an amsiol filter or the K&N long filter.

I have "heard" of guys with slammed cars that have had issues running the long K&N with much lower cars........don't get me wrong, the K&N is pretty much all I buy, but it works cuz my car isn't too low.....just something to think about.
