Default 6 hours, 20 minutes.....

Thats how long it took me to get home tonight. I walked in the door at 115am, needless to say I will not be going into the office in the morning. Anyone else get stuck in that mess called I 405?

That was the craziest stuff I had ever seen. Route home:
405 north to exit 20b, up hill to hospital, through neighborhoods in kingsgate, kingsgate to 160th. 160th to Simmons rd, Simmons rd wasnt to bad but everyone was crawling. Simmons rd to 522, 522 to 527(bothell everett hwy). The bothell side of 527 was a sheet of ice all the way up the hill and on the top where "country village" is was now "ice village". When I came down the hill and over the bridge that goes over 405 I couldnt believe what I saw. Big rigs all over the place and state troopers blocking the freeway right at the exit for 527. That must have been frustrating as hell for anyone just a few cars back looking up to see the exit that they cant get to.

So glad I don't do the seattle run in my truck anymore I really can't stand traffic on 405 even in NORMAL weather.. curse that damn highway and the 15-million honda civic hatchbacks that would love to dart in and out around my 45 ft'er!

Damn Boyce, I saw the pictures from my nice warm cozy recliner & thought how it must suck to be stuck in that mess. And I hear more of our finest citizens abandoned their cars ON THE FREEWAY again yesterday. WTF?!
