check with Ellis from Speed Secrets SSEFI.COM
I'm not sure if he does rebuilds on engines, but he does everything else (don't see why he wouldn't do an engine)
and I've heard nothing but great about his work.
Edit:
engine rebuilds are on the list of services

Go see Ellis. He can do most of it, has access to a great machine shop, and most importantly will give you the advice you really need to hear. (like would it be cheaper & better to rebuild or buy a new short block, which cam grind to use, etc)

Having just gone this route I can tell, you what I found. Ellis is a good man you can trust his advice and workmanship.
As far as what is cheaper I found it to be less expensive to buy a SB from a sponsor than to use a local engine builder. I did speak with Ellis about it when I was looking.
Still he might be able to do it for you for less you really need to talk to him about it.
I bought my SB from LME. They have great reputation. I paid 4500 delivered but I bought new timing set, lifters, cam, ported oil pump and ARP studs throughout to go with it.
Thats being said, Ellis wont stear you wrong so send him a pm.
