Doing something like that to someone's car takes no guts, that is the reason I guess they always do it when no one is around. No matter how pissed I am with someone I would never do damage to their car, if I had a problem with someone I would face them about it.

I usually look at it this way, at least other parts that could have rock chips on it get repainted! When the deer totalled the hood on my GTP they insisted they give me a new bumper because of all the rock chips it alredy had, repainted from the nose to the back of the front fenders, looks out of place now though because of all the door dings.
