Was going to go last year but there was a wedding that we had to go to and couldn't make it and hard to show up afterwards when you are on the other side of the state!

Wife wanted me to ask because she would really like to see some of the cars. She has to schedule a week aside by the end of this month (works for Safeway) and she wanted me to ask, because the thought of her brother going in her place makes her jealous.

Anyone have anything in the works? Know it is early already, but not sure if someone has a annual thing they do.

We need to do a North Cascades or a Hwy 2 to Leavenworth run this summer......

It's really hard to plan this far ahead in this state! Maybe the first or last weekend in July? It's usually warmer and the Cascade Loop is usually drivable again by then

I did the loop a couple of years ago...It was a nice drive, though I never really stopped anywhere except for gas so I don't know any good places to sight see up there...

 

How about an overnight in Winthrop?

 

Will have her take a gamble on the last weekend of July. Any other times she can maybe be "sick" and know she won't be able to make it into work.

Whats the power tour? I do recall someone posting about it a while ago, didn't look much into it, isn't it a group of people comeing from over east and people join in on the cruise when they come by for a bit? That one could be fun also, remember a site being listed, will see if I can dig up some old posts!

my club does a cruise just about every month (during the summer)

Ocean shores, neah bay, hood canal loop, woodburn, various trips to nudy bars in portland, we even did one to vegas (just 3 cars tho)

 

Its soooo much fun! We usualy stay the night in Winthroupe, sick brew-pub close to days Inn!!!

 

Looks like The Loop with a night over would be a big hit - though you better have reservations now since it books out by February.
Someone will send an email to make sure all the beer trucks are re-routed to Winthrop that night

 

Count me in. I'll take a day or two off work for that.

Cascades or the coast would be a fun cruise ... as long as we can get more than a half dozen cars this time.

the Leavenworth run was fun last year. Im sure we could do more then one cruise, I mean we do have all year.... hopefully the Z will be 100% by spring. a cruise to the ocean sounds awesome. I say someone start a thread for each proposed route/destination and start narrowing down some dates and start a sign up roster. we better be able to do better then 10 cars this year...... ~Guy
