Have a room for rent... Just thought I would throw it on here as maybe somebody knows somebody who's looking...
House is on Kent East Hill near Lake Meridian. Looking for $490/mo which includes everything but phone. Have digital cable and broadband internet.

I had 2 move out but 1 recently moved in...
I may have a friend interested and another that wants to move in at the end of feb which will be by the time I am living downstairs. With 3 renters upstairs I may actually start my Chevelle project!!
