Oregon Emissions & No Cat Anyone with a 95 or older car pass the new emissions test with no cat? I've got a hot cam with long tubes and an ORY. I have not taken the car to DEQ yet but I’m assuming I need a cat to pass.

When did it change? In dec it was just a sniffer test, if your car runs right it should pass. Although if it's louder han 93db @2500 you'll fail for noise. Anyways there's no fee if you fail so just go get it tested and see.
edit: On second thought they do give it a visual inspection to make sure you have a cat and muffler so with ORY you will fail without even taking the test. You can pass with a punched out cat though, as long it's not the dyno test.
