What kit did you get?

 

I'm buying Tranzor's kit from him. I'll probably start off with a 75 shot, and maybe bump it up to a 100.

I'm happy as long as I don't have to put a rollbar in the car, and it's not in pieces after the run. I need it to at least last the season without blowing up.

Of course, making my first ever nitrous run is going to be interesting.

As I recall 11.99 only requires longer rear studs. I think they moved the jacket to 11.49 with the roll bar, but maybe you'll need one. I don't have my rule book here to verify. At 10.99 they start adding a bunch of stuff.

 

You should see what they add at 9.99!

 

I already have the longer wheel studs on the car. I still need to buy a new helmet. Do they have any restrictions on whether it has to be full face, or if you can have an open face helmet?

 

Don't you have to get NHRA licensed at 9.99?

You can have an open face helmet, as long as it's M2000 or better.

 

Thought I read something about fire jackets required if your running N2O reguardless of ET... Can someone confirm this?
