Bremerton hosts at least two classes : one for cars running 12.50 and one for cars running 10.50 or 10.80 (Can't remember which). They run heads up, but if you are too quick, you break-out. Is that what you mean by "Pro Street"?

On the Mustang site, some Portland area racers run heads up each year. Those classes seem to be divided between one and two power adders. I haven't read anything about those classes recently though. What are you actually seeking: A race format that lets both cars leave at the same time? or a heads up race in which both cars go as quick as they can?

Ellis, what PSCA class are you looking at running?

I went to the last PSCA race (Spectator) it was pretty cool. Was hopin the new car would be done in time to test it out there, but it just wasn't in the cards....

When I was building the White Z28 I made everything "True Street" Legal. FYI this class now runs mid-low 8s.... Wild Street (RadialTire) is an 8 second class. Limited Street is just what it says, Limited, but is still a 9-Hi8 second class....

Also theres a few more then 5 classes... http://www.pscaracing.com/Rules/rules.html

Make her happen, might just see ya at one of em.

Also NPSA (Locally) has a Headsup Index of 10.50, no Electronics...

PSCA has a 9.60 index w/o electronics as well.

Yes I Have been hanging out there and know a few people there. The 9.60 class would probably be the best choice right now. Prefer to stay in the 9s for now. Then again next season I am planning on putting those heads and that intake I got from you to the test

Mainly looking for a street class. Believe it or not I plan on keeping the car street legal till the government shuts us down....and I have a plan for that

Glad you stopped by KT. Always good to see you here

The True Street class looks interesting, tho I run 27 x 11.50 tires and they say 28 or 29. Guess I'll have to stick to the NPSA 10.50 class @ B-town.

I doubt they would have a problem with someone running a *smaller* tire....

I think the tire size might be the least of the problems though.

Mean Street 10.60 index may be my choice. To many rules in most the others.

yea that's a good class, allmost no rules. however, i would be a small dog playing in a big dog arena. But who knows what I will be able to run on the new motor (maybe high 9's ?)and still have the drivetrain survive, so even the 9.60 class may be an option.

How did I miss that one? That would be perfect for my car. Do any of our local tracks run these classes?

Yeah, what was that! I had to drain an inch of water out of the footwells before I could weld.

How do you like the work?
