Can they tune as well? This fall I'm getting the PRC stg 2.5 5.3's with a custom ground cam and was going to tow the car to Portland to have TJ Wong hit is up but if there is someone in Boise that can tune a 40 mile drive is better than a 470 mile drive!

 

Mark and I will be in Boise next tuesday for a night on our way to Wendover. Lets hook up and have diner guys!

 

Rich doesnt have the ability to tune. Thats the one thing he doesnt do.

As for tuning, the only place for any tuning on a dyno is Meridian Motorsports and they do a **** *** job.

Rich can get you tuned. He has connections. Also it is not a dyno tune that only looks at WOT in 4th gear. It is a real life all condition tune, well rounded for all situation tune. Let him know what you are looking for. Drag race slanted to launch and acceleration, road race best for rolling on while moving(this is what I have in the vert and can smoke the tires at 40mph with 3:15 gears) he can even do a a gas saving (what is the point) tune. I have these tunes in my 00 Vert Vette and my 01 Z06 Twin Turbo Vette and they are great. Leave the car and come back in 2-3 hours you will be good to go and pleasently suprised at what was done. Call Rich he can give you the info.

Can't make it Thur. I fly into Boise 8P Thur, then to Wendover Fri morning via Ely to pick up the car. That will add 2-3 hrs to our trip.

Well since Boyce and I are running the Blue car you will get to see it in action. We won't be running full tilt though, we are going to run 160 class since it is the first race of the year for the driver and car. We will have 180mph tech and 200mph trap.

Hey thanks, just got back last Wed night. Almost 5 months this time! I can't believe your already spinning back up to go, you just got back in December right? I could be back out the door as early as October but I hope not! We need to cross paths sometime and hook up. I'm outa town on Wed for 2 weeks visiting family just in time to come home for the phase 1 & 2 but after 5 months of 14 hr days 6 days a week this will be a cake walk!
