OK

who wants to leave early & take a long cruise up the N Cascades Hwy?

who wants to leave around noon from the M-sville area & cruise up Chuckanut Dr?

who wants to come to a bbq at our place afterwards?

Note to all - the boys in blue ARE out in force up here from now thru the holiday.

I'm up for the BBQ part... that's a lot of driving in one day for me.

Oh, and having the bbq @ your place is fine with me Ellis (If that is what you meant). More parking AND you can do burnouts when you leave. I have a not-too-cool cop living down the street by Chad's house.

It doesn't matter to me where the bbq is - Don's, Ellis' or my house.

When & where does the cruise start? And what route are we taking?

Talked to Ellis & he doesn't really have a pref for where the bbq is either.

So gang, do you have a preference - my place or Dons?

The plan for the shortened version of the cruise is to meet in the Tulalip Casino parking lot around noon & roll from there. I would imagine we will do something like take Marine View Drive up to Chuckanut....

We can do the BBQ here, but no fireworks unless they are small (too many trees)

We could do the chuckanut drive, like you said, then come back down hwy 9 instead of I-5. That parts up to you though Chuckanut has a few places to pull off and see the beautiful puget sound and san juan islands. I've only been there once so I can't wait to get the T-tops off and go for a drive!

Forgot to mention that they have races - demo derby etc. at evergreen speedway with a fireworks show afterwords. We could do that also if you want. It's only a few miles from here.

Evergreen Speedway in Monroe

Jr/SR $9.50

Compared to Marks house? If your already on the Chuckanut cruise, Marks house is on the way between there and Monroe Our house is about the same distance from Monroe as Don's...take your pick...

I might be down for a quick cruise up Chuckanut if I can figure out this low end stutter I have acquired. Especially considering you guys will be in my neck of the woods anyway. Mark, maybe I can talk you into giving me a call when your about 10 minutes south of MV?
