well heres the thing the 4.6 is a fairly wide engine, so you have three choices
1. pull the engine, most time consuming and difficult to line uo the headers when putting the engine back in.
2. drop the k-member, it sounds challenging but is very simple
3. take it to a shop, simplest way to go about it.
