The Sunday portion of the National's is almost certain to get rescheduled for Monday. We can't go. At least they're going to offer a refund (though I think it's more of a free ticket for next year, when it will no doubt be 100 degrees roasting outside).

Heard it has been raining constantly on that side of the state, keep it over there! 
We got a wicked thunder storm late Wed night over here in Spokane. Tonight is suppose to rain a little bit, but clear up for the weekend and stay cool. It has been in the mid 90's the last week or two and I hate it!

Just got home. It was wet as hell out there. All the drivers seemed to be holed up in there trailers. 
Only got a brief look at John Force. 
Kind of disapointing for my first time out there. I guess I'll have to plan for next year.

Yup nothing. not even a look at the drivers. to be honest I did not plan on seeing much racing but I had planned on getting to see some of the drivers and crew chiefs. We did get to cover some stuff with MSD to help the LT1 guys again 
That and getting ran all over the track trying to get info from NHRA. Then when they all figure we need to see tech we find tech only to find out we need a pass to get to tech..... How do you get a pass and comp number or licencing info if you need a pass to get to tech? It is not like they were busy
Only reason I was doing it is NHRA DIV 6 contact will not answer her phone or return calls...
That and getting ran all over the track trying to get info from NHRA. Then when they all figure we need to see tech we find tech only to find out we need a pass to get to tech..... How do you get a pass and comp number or licencing info if you need a pass to get to tech? It is not like they were busy

Don I have done that. I have all the forms filled out here and ready. What I NEED is the instructions and CORRECT order of events and contacts
Heck today they could not even figure out how to sell Doug an ET number. The first time I got every thing was at a Div 6 event in Yakima. heck they were ready to roll. Sign here pay here done!

They showed it on the news last night and there wasn't even anyone in the stands...rain, rain, rain....
I've always heard that Friday was the best day to go to meet the drivers and see the cars. It sucks that the first time Ellis and them go to do that and the Drivers don't even come out of their trailers. Rain or not, they should at least come out to say Hi. We might just stick to Sunday next time like we used to...We got to talk to John Force in Person without a ton of people around...

The weather sucks here and to be honest it hasn't been that great antwhere this year.
