Moving to WA, Seattle Area.

Moving to WA, Seattle Area. So hopefully next weekend I will be making the big moving from Phoenix, AZ up to Seattle, WA. I will be living up by UW but other than that I still need to get myself a job. lol! Anyone ever meet up on the weekends in that area? We have a couple of car groups down here and I was wondering if you have any up there?

It doesn't really rain all the time here. Seems like we've had less rain the last few years.

Best thing to do is watch this forum.. most of the Seattle group post on here, so it's pretty easy to watch when we're getting together. A lot of times we see each other at the track, and you're more than welcome to come run with us.

well,
after september, you won't have to worrie about that
if you have any intrest in racing,
there's like 6 drag strips within about 3 hours drive
most of us here race at "PR" Pacific Raceways and Bremerton Raceway
there's also "PIR" Portland International Raceway, Shelton, Renigade in Yakima, and Woodburn
we all look forward to another LS enthusiest in the area

I found a firebird club for western washington while browsing online but they don't have a forum and the members rides sections looks to be all married couples and older firebirds. But they are having some kind of meet on August 19th in Brothell, so I might try to make it to that and see if I can meet anyone to hang out with.

Welcome to the area... Arizona is not that bad... lol I was born and raised about three hours south of you.. I love it back home, but I don't think I will ever go back.

But Northwest fbodies is a good club that involves all ages & all Fbodies.

I use to Live in Forks so seeing that they have a drag strip even if it is only an 1/8th mile isnt bad. Talking about taking the kid sup there & hang out for a couple hours Show them where I use to work at & what have you.
not only that thinking about taking the kids down to reno with us next year so lets see how they handle long trips.
