Hell my dad tells me I know too much about cars but I think you are a step above me! I need to spend more time in the firebird section and looking through my firebird book.

I think the only reason I know all this stuff is because I shopped them quite a bit while they were still in production, I got to where I memorized all of the options and colors and stuff..

I'm the same way with '65-74 VW Beetles.

Actually it's a 2k.
Mark's planning on painting the door panels yellow to accent his red dash vents and slippery pedals

Yup it is a 2000 ebony.

So with the yellow we would be renaming him Ronald McDonald?

Just like an old Viper in beautiful Ketchup and Mustard Decor. Glad you're OK after the accident, and it seems all will be well again after a good bit of work...

Nice find, Mark.

Truth be known, my late '99 is listed as having "ebony" interior. And didn't the '98 WS6 only have only one exhaust pipe out the back?

Oh baby, I gotta get me sum a dem wheels, yo! With hydraulics of course. Maybe put some louvers on the back window & get some neons for under the car too. What color do you guys think would look best? Purple maybe?

Oh, and yes, it's a 2000 with ebony interior, just like our original car.

Oh yeah, in an effort to keep this real I remember a time when ole sardog would have piped up and called you a ***** for not power shifting. Where is sardog when you need him. Just admit that you can't steer and shift at the same time buddy!!

*****!!!!

I am still around just keeping a low profile. That should make a nice replacment mark, just get rid of the red vents . I agree with you on getting rid of the 6 spd but this time why dont you just go with a th400, and save yourself ryans trouble. But whtever you and elis do I am shure it will be one hell of a car.
