Well basically im thinking of maybe selling my car. I am curious as to what it would sell for and I figure you guys would be the best to ask. Some of you have seen and know the car. So here it goes ill give a rundown and let me know what you think. Also i have a few pics if someone wants to host them for me.

Lots of weight reduction cant remember what raceweight was dardevil do you remember but it is freaking light.
As you can see this car is seriousley modded and has only 38k miles. Almost all of the mods on the car are almost new. I planned to make the car really serious but i think i really want a vette.
RESTULTS:
431.7rwhp na 1/4 mile 11.7@121 And i cant drive worth a crap
150 shot no dyno numbers 10.7@134
Car has a great tune runs and drives great I daily drive the car with no problems at all.
The Bad
very small dent on rear quarter(parkinglot ding) wouldnt see it unless withing 2-3 feet of car
Other rear fender had a meh bodywork job done after i slid into a reflector sign off of the highway(driving from ny to seattle in jan yea i learned my lesson) Neither of these are really noticable and i plan to have it fixed once im in the states but I want to be honest.
So thats it sorry for the long post im just curious what you guys think a car like this could sell for. Also if you are interested holla i got some pics would def trade toward c-5 FRC or ZO6 +cash.

 

Honestly I'm not interested in buying your Z28 but I will sell you my 02 Z06. Seriously.

 

Check the LSX vehicles for sale forum to get a price range, unfortunately modded out doesn't always get a good return on sales.

 

Hey Joe, I had no idea you are selling your Z06? I honestly thought you would never part with that sweet ride. You take better care of that thing then you do your wife!

 

dammit, where were you 2 months ago when i bought mine.........i was actually looking for a low mileage one that was modded up but couldnt find any locally so i ended up buying a really low mileage one that is basically stock

Well as someone who was in the buying market recentley what would you have paid for such a vehicle. Also sell your car and buy mine its nice youd have 10 months to think about it i wont be home for atleast that long.

Once i see pics and all that i should be able to tell you what i would have been willing to pay..........

my general rule of thumb is NADA Value plus 1/3 of the cost of the mods as long as receipts are provided.......sometimes a bit more if the car is really clean and it passes an inspection with flying colors........

i paid $18,300 for mine which was the retail listing on KBB but it only had 17,800 original miles and it was spotless..........garaged it's whole life and it had all the paperword for maintenance.




I've had 28 cars in 7 years...........my Audi S4 i had before this only lasted me 3 1/2 months and the Mustang GT i had before that only lasted me 6 1/2 months..........So, if you arent back for 10 months then i'll probably be tired of this car by then and have it sold........lol

Guys i am using a gov comp so ill have to go to my office tomorrow and put the pics on my thumbdrive then e-mail them. So give me one or two days. Also in the pics the car wasnt even washed or anything i had just gotten a camera and just randomly took a few shots but the car is clean youll be able to see.

Damn man im really sorry to hear about the car. As far as how much i want for it im not really sure. Thats why i made this post to kinda see what people think its worth if i were to sell it. Im suprised there arent more responses but people are probably waiting for pics. I will make sure i get them out soon. Also if you are interested in the car im not sure if you saw but im in Iraq for like 10 more months.

Funny thing is i just got back from iraq and i'm thinking of selling my car too for a Z06 or FRC

 

Ok I'll sell you my 02 Z06 if you would like. Electron blue, 41,000 miles, stock except for a CAI (Haltech). Had it to the track twice and it runs mid 12's at 113-114 MPH.

 

You cant get what you put into it prob around 12-13k kbb is around 11k.
