Yeah, I think I'm gonna change them again. I keep looking at pics of my car, and I think they just don't look quite right on it, and that the WS6 wheels looked better. Maybe it's just me... but I think it's just the color of my car, and with any other color these wheels would look totally badass.

So I think I'm gonna sell them and get some different wheels.

These are 17x9.5" Torq Thrust II wheels, with the spokes painted Spiral Grey Metallic, and polished rim... the same exact wheels that came on the Tom Henry Camaro SS and the Blackbird Trans Am.

I'll sell them without tires for $1200 cash (local sales only, I'm not gonna ship them). These wheels were $1800 new... and they are in pretty much new condition. They've been on the car only a few months and have seen less than 1500 miles of road time. They are in nearly perfect shape, no curb rash. One wheel has a small dink in it, it came from the factory that way and it was not big enough for me to consider it worth the hassle of replacing it.

If you want the tires, they have Kuhmo 712's on the front, and M/T drag radials on the back... both have tons of tread on them still, probably 85% or more life left. $1500 takes it.

Not really looking for any trades currently... mainly just trying to raise enough money to finish the remodel on my bathrooms at home so I can sell the house and get rid of my GF. I was gonna buy new wheels after I sell the house... and hell, then I'll have enough money to buy just about anything.

How about I just post them in the thread for everyone? And in case anyone wonder, no those are not scratches on the wheel, they're the reflection off the stuff in my garage next to the car. All 4 wheels are in pretty much identical shape, you'd have to be pretty nit picky to find flaws in them... most of the people in this forum know how **** I am about keeping my cars looking nice.

 

Damnit dude, I really shouldn't look in any of your posts involving rims of any sort! Took every bit of me to pass on your other stocker ones to replace mine that is messed up (supposedly) and just hold out to buy some new ones and than you go and post these... I better not let the wife see it or I won't have money for school!

 

Zeke, didnt you just get those? They look great on the car, keep 'em. Loose the GF and most of your money issues will be solved!

 

Yeah, I got them back in May... Gotta sell the house to get rid of the GF... gotta update the house a bit to sell it... So it's either sell a few items to raise a little cash, or sell a car.... and I would rather keep the cars.

 

So no need for an 1835cc VW motor? If I remember you are into VW's also... I was thinking they would look great on my dad's 73 Camaro RS. Gonna be silver w/ black stripes...

 

Got nothing to put it into, and no place to put another car... I'd trade them for a decent drum kit, though.

I still gotta come up with about $3K to finish the remodeling work.. dunno where I'm gonna get it, but I'm trying to avoid selling the WS6 to get my *** outta this place.

Giving this another bump, really need to come up with some cash here.

 

Those are great looking wheels, what else you got to sell? I'll buy somethng to help you out if you have something I need. No one deserves to be trapped.

 

What kind of tread is left on the tires? Do you have an updated price on these bad boys? Also like said above, do you have anymore goodies for sale?

 

The tires are fairly new. The drag radials have one light season on them and still have tons of life left. I've probably only got about 1500-2000 miles on the tires.

Wish I had other stuff to sell... I'm just trying to keep from putting my WS6 up for sale.
