Lingenfelter GT11 Camshaft 215/231 .631/ .644 118 CL is the cam I was thinking of getting for my 00 camaro ss But the lift is really high and i was woundering what you guys think on this cam and will my motor handle it?

How many miles do you put on it? The Wise Guys on this board have warned me away from anything with a lift over .600 on a daily driver. I'm probably going to end up with the GT2-3 myself.

It makes for a nice smooth idle for one, offers great drivability an emissions. Some factory LS cams are at 120 LSA. Beleive me this cam rocks for a sleeper cam. I have several of these out there. Is your car a A4 or a M6 car? If it is a M6 or A4 car it will work very well. However if you use this cam you will need either the PRC platinum springs or a set of the Comp 921 springs. This is mandatory. With a M6 car you can use a slightly more radical cam if your car is relatively stock.

I think if a person understood exactly what 'xyz' was, then he/she probably wouldn't have even popped the question. I do not understand the valve events of xyz, not even abc, so maybe you could break it down 1-2-3.
