How many miles do you put on it? The Wise Guys on this board have warned me away from anything with a lift over .600 on a daily driver. I'm probably going to end up with the GT2-3 myself.

I have the GT2-3. It's great for a daily.

I think that is TOO much lift for flat-top pistons. For a stock-ish motor I'd stay under 600 max.

I have installed several of these cams and not one failure or complaint. Not to mention in a LS2 C6 we got 440hp/406tq to the wheels in a A6 car.

Explain the 118 LSA on a cam like that. I don't understand... ?? Just for the sleeper effect?

Better torque curve would be my guess.

It makes for a nice smooth idle for one, offers great drivability an emissions. Some factory LS cams are at 120 LSA. Beleive me this cam rocks for a sleeper cam. I have several of these out there. Is your car a A4 or a M6 car? If it is a M6 or A4 car it will work very well. However if you use this cam you will need either the PRC platinum springs or a set of the Comp 921 springs. This is mandatory. With a M6 car you can use a slightly more radical cam if your car is relatively stock.

Not quite

you want valve events of XYZ

you want overlap of -

it happens to end up at 118º LSA

I think if a person understood exactly what 'xyz' was, then he/she probably wouldn't have even popped the question. I do not understand the valve events of xyz, not even abc, so maybe you could break it down 1-2-3.
