we'd have people bouncing off the walls in those conditions.... I don't see how they were keeping them on the track.

a covered and heated track would be awesome. Racing when its 35 degrees out and snowing

a covered track by itself wouldn't be enough, the pits and staging lanes would all need cover cover as well.... gotta keep the cars dry so they don't get the track wet. cost would be big $$$$.

I can imagine it being like kart races where you get just enough space in a 'pit' spot for you & your car, some tools & misc.... about 10'x20'. you come in, drop the car & stuff, and move the tow rigs & trailers out of the way...

it can be done. In dubai they have a damn indoor skiing place, and theyre building one in Abu Dabi (sp). So a completely covered track is doable. Hell, someone should buy the thunderdome or something.lol.

Formula One races is the rain. Why not drag race too? It might be fun.
