bell housing?

Isnt there a safety bell housing? looking for one for my car. Going to be putting down considerable more power, dont need peices of the clutch in my foot. Anyone with used one around?

Are the bolt patterns to the engine the same as the old school SBC? If so I have a flexplate/flywheel shield that I just removed from the dragster because it had expired by NHRA rules. You bolt this on over the bell housing and it provides the same safety. Sell it to you for $30

The bolt holes are the same except for one.

There's a nice one coming out and has been shown and talked about at vetteforum, and it is SFI certified. Many of us are waiting for it to hit the market, which will be any day and they have a list goiing for a group purchase. Chris Stewart prob has the link as he is waiting also.
