just to add it was an ess arr tee four and a 6 series bmw... and the driver recently passed on a couple days after the accident

A good friend to many around here... another sad story. Dont be careless out there...

my thoughts go out to his family

dam sucks man!!! Rest In Peace? it just says he is critically injured. At least the guy driving the bmw pulled over, most people would have probably ran.

That sucks.

I remember hearing that story on the news. I understand why they arrested the one driver for reckless driving, but vehicular assult? WTF?

Not Jeffyvette. This jeff was driving either an **** or a bmw and died a few days after the accident. I didn't know him, but RIP!

the driver of the ess are tee four was jeff, and he passed a couple days after the accident, and as far as i know now the guy driving the BMW was let off due to no witnesses?

I know someone who knows both the people involved...

According to them they weren't racing.....The SRT-4 had a couple new mods and they were testing them out......Dude driving wasn't even paying attention.
