Here ya go guys. Hit a best this year of 11.447 @ 116.62, 1.564 60ft. This was a partial N20 Pass, as the nitrous shut down at about the 330 mark when the car went lean. Looks like a 10 sec pass is in my future, That is when I get my rearend replaced.

get some tires so that thing will hook up and you'll be in the low 12s!

Finally got my **** together. Weather was hot/humid (95 deg; 60 hum); track temp was 140+. Still the SS ran OK. New best on my M/T 315's, max boost was about 17lbs. Wasn't expect much considering the weather.

New best run: 60' 1.41; 1/8 5.838@121.640; 1/4 9.067@150.934

So close to 8's. The track just would not hold a harder launch. Oh well, there is always next time

Looks like SeaHawk is getting ready to attack the list here.

Hey Dave great numbers! You should show up and post a little more then just when you go fast That IS part of the deal to be on the list even if you are number one

I would love to post more. Since I live in South Dakota, most of the posts are centered in the Washington area. How they put SD and WA in the same area I have no idea. If you don't want me to post my times - that's fine just delete them

Thanks. It has been a long haul to get the turbo set-up correctly - still not done.

Yep Thunder Valley, Marion, SD. Very small, local track. Prep can be dead on, and the next time out it sucks. Yesterday was no exception. They prep once in the morning and that's it.

Setting out in the middle of nowhere.. I would love to travel to race, but with the price of gas that just does not happen. The LSX shootout would be fun to run index/wild street - I would never be able to hang with the big boys, but gas price is not going to let it happen - 900 miles each way X 2 divided by 7 MPG X $4 = not going

Yeah, I remember WAY back in the 70s that track could give you your best times ever in the morning, & your worst in the afternoon. Sounds like nothing has changed there.

A few of us are talking about making a car-trip back that way (next year?) to go to some major event. If we do it would be cool to hook up & race / BS / hangout.

I twisted my crank-pulley pins off on my new setup (408, F1 @ 20 psi?) the 1st time I went WOT, so hopefully when the new Dragon Slayer crank goes in I'll be able give you some competition. I'm hoping for mid-to-hi 9s, but there's no way my 4,000lb car will run 9.0s, so you're staying #1 as far as I'm concerned.

Still the same old crap. Only time we get really good racing all day is in April, May, and 1/2 of June. The owner closes the track mid-September, just when the good air comes back.

Any time. Let me know.

Never seems to end does it. The SS weights 3400+ (poss 3500) race weight. Would be nice to get it down a couple hundred - that would make 8's a lot easier.

Nice! I take it that thing isn't running the stock LS2 cam either?

This year's list is the longest ever, and there's a number who have yet to run.

Crisisman did you ever update my times? We'll be headed out to a bigger - hopefully better track next weekend - maybe just maybe I'll finally get my 8's on DR.
