Happy Saint Patricks day!!! F-errrsss! I have had plenty o green beer, This a big Holiday back east. I used to love it, you know being Irish and all. Not so much going on here, but I will have one for you all

My Great Grand Parents were the same. It was great when they were still alive, we always had a feast and a blast. Most people don't know my real name is Patrick Monahan, can't get much more Irish then that!

Good ole cabbage and corn beef...
I cook mine usually with a good local IPA or sometimes a stout. And some well chosen herbs/spices. In fact, ha ha, I cook a corn beef once a month. No joke. I love it, the family loves it, so why not?
