recommendation for clutch and tranny fluid?

well, spec 3+ is on its way... cant afford a tex, its not a sticky clutch, its a slipping clutch. This is a Ram powergrip HD thats going out, not a stocker. Im running the spec w/ a billet steel flywheel. My hydraulics were upgraded a year ago.

sweet, thanks LS1 >* i just ordered 2 quarts of Syngear.... now what do i go about changing the clutch fluid?? i have no idea where to being... i just ordered a Remote bleeder, so when i get to that im sure ill run into dealing with the clutch fluid.. just want to be prepared... TTT please
