The SS is alive again!! Well I just finished swapping out the rearend tonight. With the help of Ellis and Jimmy, (thanks guys).Gotta double check all the bolts and things but the rear makes no noise at all. Put another 10 bolt in until I can afford to by a stronger one. IE: 9" 12 bolt or S60. At least I can drive the car.
We'll have to see how it holds up to a couple N20 passes!!

Best starting saving your coin for the 9" rearend

I am pretty sure Ellis has a 3.42 rear that is slightly leaky, kinda noisy but other than that is just as good as new.
Never abused, just like new.
Did a couple 640hp pulls with it
