Welp just got back..... And damn, I am not happy with the times.

I only got to run twice. Neither times I used the t-brake. Cause I was trying to get a feel for the car first.

It was about 85* when we first got there, and I think I overheard someone say it was 90+ humidity... All I know is my car was running like complete ***.... It wouldn't hold an idle at all. As soon as I got into Bellingham she ran ******* outstanding.

Well my best time is, I can't beleive I am about to admit this...

1.68 60ft, 11.6 1/4 at 119.3...

I am pretty disapointed, but when I think about it. The DA was above 2700 and my car weights in at a hefty 3785 with me in it, with a 1/2 tank of gas.

I do have some adjustments to make though. I really need to find out what is vibrating the **** out of my car in Third... I may need to look into a different drive shaft.

I am deffinetly going to start going more up there. There were more hot *** up there, than what I have seen in all of Washington state..

Lane,

I am not sure of your mods....but dude....WTF is wrong with that ET/MPH...seems pretty respectable to me. But that is coming from a guy that pretty much sticks to the Stoplight Nationals.

E.T. isn't bad considering the 60' and the trap is fine for the weight and an unlocked auto. Your times are fine and a good baseline. Let's get some weight out of the car and tweak the tune...no problem getting there.

Not Bad Sounds like you have some work to do. You will need to tune it for the places you are running and you should pick up a bit.

How did it feel out of the hole? Was it spinning or just soft out of the hole? Looks like she was trapping well but if it was spinning that can throw you off.

Get her dialed in man!

Thanks guys..

Yeah I deffinetly need to take a few hundred pounds out. Throw hp tuners on there, and get the tune dialed in.

As far as coming out of the hole. I didn't spin, It felt a little soft coming out. I mean it was a noticable difference between this car and my 02. But I figured I would be pushing some better times. I was the second fastest car in my class out there.

They had an oil down, so that took an hour in a half of racing away. Plus there were 250 cars plus racing that night. Mostly imports and VW's.

It sounds like I need to put your new car on the run list. That "slow" car is .3 faster than your old one. What are all the specifics?

Of the car??? or the run?

I wish I had the slip.. I don't, they ran out of paper or ink, when I made that pass... And then the first pass they gave me the wrong slip. My car number was 7645, they gave me a slip for 7546. Lol. Like I said it was busy as hell there. 250 plus cars were racing.

My reaction time was a .545 Pro tree is what I beleive they call it.. Correct me if I am wrong.

1.68 60ft
1/4 11.69 is what my friend said.
MPH 119.3X

Those are just the numbers that my friend seen on the screen and heard from the announcer.. So actually just keep my old numbers up there, cause these could have varied, and I don't want my numbers up there, if I am not 100% sure of everything.

My bud raced there on Friday night. I was going to go out but it was too late by time I got off work. He had a black 94 z28 with -- 3" harwood hood, z06's, magnaflows, and SS spoiler.

It would be far for anyone in Seattle or further South, but it's the closest track for Whidbey/Skagit/Whatcom people. Besides that, I just like it way better then PR or Bremerton. It's a little cheaper, the people are friendly and the track is nice.
