I want to go bad. It's only like 1.5hrs from Chattanooga, if even that. I've got some other priorities that need taken care of.

Me, and two friends, MOE_TAWS6 and Jay from Zeus drove the 4 hours from Charlotte. Unfortunately we didn't roll any of our cars, but it was a good show. Next time we'll definitely bring a few out.

Saw a LOT of nice cars, actually met 97ramsst and his "significat other". Only reason I say that is because I didn't know if you were married or not. lol. Nice to meet you.

Honestly my highlight was wiping up the drool from a certain 1st gen black Firebird that sat front and center, with a roots blown LS motor and a completely jaw dropping package...amazing.

Well it was a great day as others have said! The total car count was 118 Pontiacs and a few GMC Trucks. The show field was packed I took a lot of photos I will post some once I get them downloaded!

We had a great cruise up to Newfound Gap. It was around 55 degrees on top of the mountain! We had a total of 36 cars go on the two hour cruise it was a blast!

I just got back from it as well. Definitely a great show! I will be back next year no questions .
here's a decent shot of the "certain 1st gen black Firebird"

and as for the turnout!

next up the cruise.. minus a few cars that parked a level up. Couldn't squeeze them in lol.

what you missed if you didn't go on the cruise

you also missed a ton of jaw dropping as we made the trip and came back through ghatlinburgh. The various comments from the crowd as we passed back through ghatlinburgh were fun too lol. As well as a certain dodge that got quited down inside a tunnel.. lol.

The first generation Firebird "Blackbird" won Best of show at the Trans Am Nationals last year in Dayton. Very nice ride.

I hate we missed the cruise but we had other family things we had promised Keegan we would do, but other than that the show was AMAZING....we had FUN and thats the mark of show being worth going to or not! The show was VERY well organized, very well judged and classed, I dont think any body bitched about anything there that I heard and EVERYONE FOR THE STAFF TO THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS WERE SUPER FREINDLY!!!!! (Except the *** that kept making cat calls at Cecilia...I will handle that next time! LMAO JK!)

We CERTAINLY plan to be back next year...so write us down in pen! The only thing I suggest are plaques rather than trophies.

Pic from this years wins....1st Place Modified Trans AM and the People Pick Award....THAT ONE IS A HUGE HONOR TO BE RECOGNIZED BE YOUR FELLOW PONTIAC SHOW INTRENTS!!!

THANKS FOR A GREAT SHOW!!!!

That's one of the shows I penciled in to be at next year. Congrads on the trophies. I also just noticed both cars in the new High Performance Pontiac magazine. Great photo shoot.

This is a little late. haha. But the show was better than I thought it would be. We will definitely have to put it down on our calendars for next year. That First Gen was amazing.

97ramsst: Clean car man, it looked great! Congrats on the awards.

RacingTiger03: I remember seeing your car out there. That is a nice color you decided to go with, not something you see everyday.

Here are a few more pics of that 1st gen.
