October 22, 2011 is the groundbreaking for Mid America Raceway in New Florence, MO. They are inviting everyone to join them with a big bbq, you can bring a side dish. Hopefully they will get it opened in 2012 and we can have a nice track in middle Missouri which is just 45 miles east of Columbia, Mo. The festivities will begin around 10am according to the new report, a bunch of us are leaving Columbia about 9am to show our support for the new track. Hope to see you there.
