No one's posted the GM LS7 Camaro? Pics of it have been posted many, many times. It's what started this whole satin black thing.

Yeah wtf is with that? 5.5 million LOL

The 5th gen satin black didn't start the satin black trend lol, it's been around way before the 5th gen was even in the woom. And its way too played out now. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, but way too played out.
That supra on the first page would look sick sating, but I'm not so much into such a flashy color. The Kow Titanium color has just about hit the spot for me. I like it, but may pick a slightly different shade.
What peal do you guys think would look sweet with it? Either mixed in the paint or on top

I have repainted a pewter bird before, and I loved how the color looked before clear, I'd suggest the factory pewter with all the metallic and then using a flat clear, it looks like titanium, very terminator-ish

If you use a flat clear you can just about flatten any color but flat clear tends to get shinny if it gets scratched or buffed on slightly.
The old school way to flatten clear was with talc powder. Prety cool!

Anyone have any pics of flat white? Or a flat car with gloss racing stripes? Im thinking about painting my LT1 WS6 flat white with a gloss gunmetal racing stripe which would cover the raised section of the hood, about an inch inward from all sides. I think it would look good, but id like to see a flat white car first

How do i know this, when you paint white its a PITA because you cant see what has already been cleared.

if you do your own paint job you can use a special clearcoat that dries with that matte look to it, so it still protects the paint from UV rays and other stuff but it doesnt dry with a gloss finish

Nice bump. That site has some nice colors. I like the copper pearl and daytona and midnight purple. I think once i get ready to paint its gonna be one of those colors. Everybody her in Az has white, black or silver, so some nice color on the road would be good.
