Default Painted my lid and lid support

Finnaly got around to getting this done and had to throw it on the car (I wanted to wait till snow and salt went away) but my winter beater is near death.

Both were painted with duplicolor everything, adhesion promoter, filler primer, gloss black, and clear. Aside from some paint rubs(where the lid slides in the base) and of course around the lid clips it came out pretty good. I will touch those spots up with a light amount of black paint when I get the chance. I ditched the horrible K&N filter I had in there too since the oil was all over my throttle body... I plan to get an LS6 manifold and match it and do all the black brackets under the hood, and the plastic support for the front bumper sometime in the spring the same way. Paint cost me like $30 total.

That really looks good. I think I'll do mine in the spring.
