i dont know why they are so small. but i used krylon fusion. the cap doesnt say but it is shiny so im guess gloss. after it dried its about semi-gloss. i wanted to apply clearcoat to give it shine but testing the clear-it came out milky/with a glaze so i decided not to do it and just wetsanded with 2000.

do gloss or semi-gloss, you will be happy.. mine is gloss i believe, could have done semi though..

I had mine done gloss black...at first I kind of wished I went semi-gloss or satin, but the gloss really grew on me and im very glad its glossy. It matches the upper section by the taillights perfectly:
