Well if you have orbital sander you could use some finishing glaze by 3m you can buy an attachment foam pad and the finishing glaze would remove the swirls.

id get it detailed by a pro , then if u dont like it get it wet sanded and polished it takes a weekend to get it detailed but its worth it .as for the wet sanding like a week minumim . it should get all the swirls but the really deep ones .

Meguires cleaner/wax on a slow speed buffer with a glaze pad will amaze you! If you are buffing black add a spritz of water to help you see better while you buff under a thousand rpm. Trust me, it will amaze you!
