What exactly aren't you liking? Did you just not get the mold to look as you desired?
Well, from a distance, and under a shadow, they look good.

Its definitely not dead, but as Im in the army...its takes breaks in between....the sealant I used for the headlights still holds pretty well but I ended up cutting into them again as I needed more spacing so they could be aimed better...other than that the car has been driven daily for a year sitting out in the sun rain and snow ......it definitely is a practical alternative....just really gotta get the little details straight. Again sorry for the long interruption between updates.

Well I would love to see more updates about your headlights when you can. Like how you got the aiming down and stuff. Im deployed right now and have been following threads to find great ideas to do this to my car. I have only found two so far. Yours is the most detailed on how its done. So I def would to get more in depth about how your finishing the lights. Like if you added a eye lid and if you found a way to aim them better. So Im def following your thread man. Love your work.

thats been one of the issues Im trying to deal with...the projectors get bolted directly to the frame under the hood, I used the holes and bolts the flip ups were attached to. The lense and housing were attached to each other using a rubber sealant. The housings have one bolt that goes into the curve of the bumper closest to the center, and then 1 under the hood. I am going to be ordering a broken c6 headlight soon so I can try and use that as a template for some ideas.
