Default clear coat peeling

My clear coat is peeling on the nose of the car also it is starting to bubble around the car alittle in small bubbles? How much do you guys think it will cost to get the clear coat stripped prepped and resprayed? because the paint itself is in good shape

Call a local reputable body shop. Quotes are usually free.

right we cant give a estiamte online, i physically dont have the car in front of my eyes,
where i work complete paint jobs start at 3,000

unfortunately you cant just reclearcoat your car. The project will be expensive to do it right,I agree a start would be 3000 on up. The car should be disassembled and sounds like possibly stripped to find out what is causing your bubbles.
