What is the plastic piece under the front called?

What is the plastic piece under the front called? My car is missing a plastic piece under the front end and I need to know what it is called so I can tell the parts place. It's not the air dam, I mean the plastic piece with the little slotted vents on it that the inner fender attaches to. There is one on each side and I think there are 3 bolts holding it to the bumper cover. Does anybody know what it is called? Mine is completely gone and the guy at the parts place had no idea what I was talking about.
