Can this be fixed?

That needs to be filled and covered with fiberglass or something so it looks nice and clean with no cut mark. It goes under the weatherstripping and is pretty long. This is what it looks like UNDER the weatherstripping on the far corner on BOTH sides.

What you're looking at is what is directly behind the A-pillars. This is what it looks like UNDER the weatherstripping from the first picture. Is that fixable? That is my biggest worry. (The area in green needs to be cut back with a grinder so it is behind the sail panel(weatherstripping cant sit flush well without it cut way back. Then the small gap will need to be smoothed and covered with bondo. This on the rear side on each corner. It should look like this(t-top conversion POST body work on someone elses car)

What do you guys think? Also, is there any shop in the Tampa area knowledgeable enough on F-Bodies to do this body work for me? PLEASE reply if you know any good shops around here! Thank you!!
