Default Can i pull this out or do i have to replace?

hey i know absolutely nothing about body work id like to learn a little but i was wondering if it would be easier to replace the whole quarter panel or pop that dent out.?

depends on the dent replacing the quarter panel is a big job and is expensive

replacing a rear quarter is one of the hardest things to do to a car. I would recommend getting a stud gun, and pulling it out. a body hammer, and block can do wonders.

Get some professional help from a shop, looks like it would pull okay but if you get carried away trying to pull or push it out you can cause more damage. Since the metals already stretched it's weaker and will stretch easier on the way out, and if it gets stretched out to much it'll be like working on a tin can

yup.. Try to get as much of the metal as straight as possible, and use as much filler as possible. Nothing wrong with using it, just keep it to a minimum. Thanks for the compliment man. I am doing many, many new exterior things to my car, so im right there with you. Also, keep the heat to a minimum!!! if that panel gets warped, its all over. Good luck

I am a body man and have replaced a few and let me tell ya, try any thing possible first before you start replacing that panel
